    1. that is so important-talking about trauma right after it happens might even prevent PTSD because it helps process the trauma and put it in the right place in the brain. But for me, it comes out crazy and jumbled and factually wrong and makes me distressed. ive been through loads of therapy. talking is just not going to help me any more at this point-but thank you x1000 i wish someone told me that when it was happening “It’s ok to tell.” is a great title by the way

      1. You can rant, you can rave , I don’t mind at all. It’s good to just let go. I don’t care what anyone thinks about me , sometimes I say exactly what I want to say even though it may sons crazy but I like to be crazy. Crazy is normal. It’s you it’s uniquely you. So 👏🏻👍😊😜
