More Like the Buddha (A word on false friends)

If you have to “try hard” to treat someone kindly

you should re-evaluate what you’re doing and why

I am too old and fat and happy

not to have become wise

I have friends waiting across the street

as well as on the other side

The kind of friendships

that are fast and easy

really aren’t my type

So gleefully, to you

I wave Goodbye, Goodbye

  1. If you have to publicly vent your frustrations with your friends,
you should re-evaluate what you’re doing and why.
